Our Northern Maryland and Delaware office is led by Bel Air resident Jeff Harrison. Jeff has extensive training and experience in Online Marketing and Advertising, as well as critical keyword forensics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), having successfully completed Search Engine Black Belt training in November 2006. Jeff is also a proud member of SEMPO, the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization. Together with his previous experience in education, and eight years as Customer Service Manager, Jeff's WSI Internet Consultant certification makes him uniquely qualified to provide the critical analysis and recommendations that are essential to help local businesses maximize the effectiveness of their Web Sites and Internet Marketing Campaigns.

An active member of the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce, Jeff and his WSI team built the current website for the Chamber. He also served as Co-Chair of the Cecil Chamber's Education and Development Committee for two years. In July 2008, he was awarded the Cecil Chamber's prestigious Education and Training Advocate Award.

Jeff welcomes new businesses to the area and constantly strives to provide professional guidance, resources and networking connections to help new businesses in the Cecil County area grow, and established businesses to realize their potential.

Pam Hardy

Web Developer

Pam is a Virginia Tech graduate with a bachelor of science in Computer Science, and she has over ten years of experience in website development. Her responsibilities at WSI WebSpecialist include website development and maintenance, content management system (CMS) module installation and setup, search engine optimization (SEO), and PPC advertising.  Pam is a Google Analytics and Google AdWords Qualified Individual.
